The Stunning Dentistry Promise, Six Commitments You Can Verify
- Most dental websites tell you they care about quality.
We have to do something harder than tell you, we have to publish what we will be measured against, on the record, with audit cadences and protocol numbers, so that anyone reading this page can later check whether we did what we said.
Why This Page Exists
Most dental websites tell you they care about quality. We have to do something harder than tell you, we have to publish what we will be measured against, on the record, with audit cadences and protocol numbers, so that anyone reading this page can later check whether we did what we said. That is what this page is. The six promises below are the operational standard we hold ourselves to, the protocols that back each one, and the audit logs that prove we are running them.
If a claim on this page does not match your treatment experience, the discrepancy path is published at the bottom. We treat that as a serious feedback mechanism, every reported discrepancy in the last two years has triggered a clinical-board review, and the audit log is summarised in our annual report.
At Stunning Dentistry
The Promise page is not marketing. It is the patient-charter document SD-PROMISE-01 reformatted for public reading, with every commitment cross-referenced to the operational protocol that delivers it. The protocols are versioned, dated, and owned by named individuals. Patients or partner dentists requesting any specific protocol document receive it within seventy-two hours.

The Six Pillars
{{IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER:Promise pillars hero, six numbered pillars rendered as gold-accent cards in a 3×2 grid, brand navy background}}
1. Lifetime Warranty on Implants
{{IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER:Promise pillar icon, warranty seal, gold on navy}}
Every implant we place carries a lifetime warranty, transferable to you for life. If an implant fails at any point, including outside the typical osseointegration window, we replace it at no surgical fee, regardless of where in the world you are. The warranty is printed in your discharge packet, registered against your patient identifier in our system, and honoured at any Stunning Dentistry clinic worldwide. The warranty is conditional on adherence to the published aftercare protocol: brushing, proxy-brush use, water-flosser use, six-month professional hygiene, and the annual ISO-19493 prosthesis audit.
2. Dual-Clinician Sign-Off on Every Full-Arch Case
{{IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER:Promise pillar icon, two signatures in gold}}
No All-on-4, All-on-6, zygomatic, or full-mouth rehabilitation case proceeds at Stunning Dentistry without two clinician signatures: the placing surgeon plus a senior prosthodontist or oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Either can decline the case at any planning stage. The countersignature is the trigger for irreversible work, without both signatures, no extraction, no implant placement, no irreversible reduction. The protocol is SD-FMR-05, in writing, since 2018. We have declined approximately eight per cent of self-presenting full-arch candidates over the last twenty-four months for reasons documented in the consultation note. Patients receive a written copy of the decline reasoning and a referral pathway to the appropriate alternative.
3. Partner-Hospital Backup for Any Case That Warrants It
{{IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER:Promise pillar icon, hospital cross with surgical thread}}
For any case requiring general anaesthesia, overnight observation, ICU access, or emergency intervention, we operate from AIG Hospital Gachibowli and Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills under joint-clinician arrangements. Your treatment continues under your assigned Stunning Dentistry team in the partner-hospital theatre, we do not hand you off to a hospital-employed clinician you have never met. Both partner facilities are within a fifteen-minute drive of our flagship Hyderabad branch and within walking distance of the partner-hotel network we coordinate.
4. In-House Digital Lab for Provisional and Final Prostheses
{{IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER:Promise pillar icon, CAD-CAM milling unit silhouette}}
Provisional bridges are designed in CAD-CAM software and milled on-site within four hours of intraoral scanning. Final prostheses are designed in our digital lab, milled or 3D-printed on a SprintRay Pro 95 in our partner laboratory under our quality-control sign-off, and delivered without third-party lab handovers or international shipping mid-treatment. The lab supervises every prosthesis from impression to delivery, and the prosthesis specifications travel in your discharge packet so any partner dentist worldwide can specify and order a replacement under the same parameters.
5. Written Aftercare Protocol You Can Hand to Any Dentist Worldwide
{{IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER:Promise pillar icon, discharge-packet document}}
Every patient leaves with a printed-and-emailed aftercare brief. The brief includes implant brand and lot numbers, prosthesis material and torque specifications, occlusal-adjustment notes from the final appointment, the scheduled audit cadence, the warranty terms, and the partner-dentist coordination contact. Any reviewing dentist anywhere in the world can act on the brief without contacting us, and most do. The standardised format is documented in SD-DISCHARGE-02 and has been in use since 2017. We update the format only when international clinical-record standards change, with a documented change log.
6. Twenty-Four-Hour Post-Op Concierge
{{IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER:Promise pillar icon, twenty-four-hour clock with WhatsApp glyph}}
Twenty-four-hour response on the patient WhatsApp line, every day, including on Indian public holidays. The concierge is staffed by trained treatment coordinators who triage every reported symptom against the published criteria, escalate to the on-call surgeon when clinically indicated, and book any required revision work within forty-eight hours. The on-call surgeon list is published internally and rotates on a documented schedule, every Stunning Dentistry case has a named on-call clinician at any given time.
At Stunning Dentistry
The six pillars above are audited quarterly against the patient-charter document SD-PROMISE-01. Failures are logged and remediated; the audit log is summarised in the annual clinical-board report and is available to patients on request. The promise is not aspirational copy, it is the operational standard.

How We Audit Each Pillar
The audit logs are retained for seven years per our records-management policy. Patients or partner dentists requesting a specific audit cycle receive the relevant log entry within seventy-two hours.
At Stunning Dentistry
The audit cadence above is published rather than internal-only, because publishing creates the discipline of running the audit. Once a date sits on a public table, the date is the deadline. We have missed two audit cycles in eight years; both were one-week slips driven by clinic-board scheduling and were caught in the next monthly review.
| Pillar | Audit cadence | Most recent audit | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lifetime warranty | Quarterly + on-claim | March 2026 | Dr. Priyank Sethi |
| Dual-clinician sign-off | Continuous (case-by-case) + monthly review | April 2026 | Clinical Board |
| Partner-hospital backup | Bi-annual joint review with AIG + Apollo | February 2026 | Dr. Ravi Sharma |
| In-house digital lab | Monthly QC + annual ISO 13485 review | March 2026 | Dr. Kiran Madhav |
| Written aftercare protocol | Annual format review + on-format-update | January 2026 | Dr. Priyank Sethi |

Independent Verifications
The promise pillars referencing inventory-tracking, implant-warranty, and ISO-19493 prosthesis-audit standards are referenced in our most recent NABH accreditation inspection report (March 2026) and in the AIG Hospital joint-clinician review (February 2026). Both documents are available to patients or referring dentists on request.

How the Promise Shows Up in Your Treatment
You will see this Promise in concrete form during every phase of your treatment:
- At consult, you will receive the written treatment plan signed by two clinicians (Pillar 2). The plan will name the placing surgeon and the prosthodontic countersigner.
- At surgery, the surgical record entered against your patient identifier will name the placing surgeon, the implant brand and lot numbers (Pillar 5), the recorded torque-and-ISQ values (the SD-AO4-01 gate), and the time-stamped sequence.
- At discharge, you will receive the printed aftercare packet (Pillar 5). It will include the on-call WhatsApp number (Pillar 6) and the warranty registration confirmation (Pillar 1).
- At year-one review, you will receive the ISO-19493 prosthesis-audit report (the warranty-condition trigger). The report goes to you and to your home dentist if a partner-dentist coordination is in place.
Lead Clinicians On Your Case
The named bench you are paired with on day one of diagnosis:
- Lead Prosthodontist, owns the prosthetic plan, the digital articulator mount, the definitive material choice, and the year-1 occlusal review. Signs every case decision.
- Lead Implantologist, owns the surgical plan, the CBCT review, the insertion-torque + ISQ readings, and the immediate-loading decision.
- Periodontist, owns the soft-tissue assessment, peri-implant maintenance protocol, and any flap surgery.
- Maxillofacial Surgeon (zygomatic / advanced atrophy cases only), owns the anatomical planning, GA decision, and intra-op nerve mapping.
For the full specialist bench, including who is on call after you fly home, see Our Specialist Team.
At Stunning Dentistry
Your file is opened by name on day one. The lead clinician's signature is on the diagnostic plan, the surgical record, the prosthetic try-in, the definitive delivery, and every annual review thereafter. If a clinician on your file leaves the practice, your file is reassigned in writing within seven days, and the receiving clinician contacts you directly. Anonymous "the SD team" responsibility is not how clinical ownership works here.

Why Us
Frequently Asked Questions
Why publish this publicly rather than keep it internal?
Two reasons. First, publishing creates accountability, once a commitment sits on a public page with audit cadences, the audit becomes the discipline. Second, our patients are entitled to verify our claims independently. Internal-only standards are a marketing claim. Public protocols are an operational standard.
How can I verify a specific claim?
Email the clinical board (board@stunningdentistry.com) referencing the protocol number. Documents are sent within seventy-two hours. For audit-log entries on a specific date or pillar, the request is the same.
What if I find a discrepancy between this page and my treatment experience?
Email feedback@stunningdentistry.com with the specific pillar and the discrepancy you observed. Every report triggers a clinical-board review. The most recent review cycle (Q1 2026) processed three reports, two were addressed by protocol clarification updates; one was resolved by individual remediation.
Is the warranty position actually transferable internationally?
Yes. Implant fixtures ship with international warranty registration. Prosthesis warranty applies regardless of where the case was originally placed; partner-clinic locations honour the warranty when accompanied by the discharge packet.
Does the partner-hospital backup mean I will be treated by a hospital clinician?
No. Your assigned Stunning Dentistry team operates from the partner-hospital theatre under joint-clinician arrangements. The hospital provides anaesthesia, observation, and intensive-care backup; your clinical team does not change.
