Visa, Flights & Travel Essentials for British Patients
- British patients travelling to Delhi for treatment apply for an Indian medical e-Visa online before departure and fly into Delhi (DEL) from London or Manchester.
The e-Visa is applied for through the official Indian government portal, and you should pack your medical records, current medications, and a copy of your treatment plan alongside the usual travel documents.
What Visa Do British Patients Need for Dental Treatment in India?
The Indian medical e-Visa is the category intended for travel for medical treatment, applied for online ahead of time rather than on arrival. Two arrangements need to be in place before travel, the visa itself and your flights into Delhi (DEL), the destination for both our clinics, Greater Kailash (GK) and Netaji Subhash Place (NSP). We do not treat from Mumbai.
We do not process your visa or book your flights on your behalf, those remain yours to arrange, but your coordinator can provide a letter and your treatment plan to support the visa application, and confirm appointment dates so you can plan travel around them.
